Who We Are

 

		Anthony Cripps has been working within Accountancy recruitment in Oxfordshire for over 7 years. Prior to that he worked within the Accountancy profession and the Wine Trade. Anthony has 3 daughters, and whenever time allows, he enjoys various local sporting and community activities. Anthony is keen to continue to raise the standards of recruitment within Oxfordshire and beyond. Anthony lives in a village between Bicester and Banbury.
		Christine Dyckes, Associate, heads up the Accountancy Division, has 8 years’ Financial recruitment experience, in addition to many years’ management experience, working alongside HR and Operations. This has provided her with a natural understanding of the synergy between all areas of commerce and industry, and the need to determine best practice. Christine has strong interpersonal skills, dedication to quality service, and a successful track record within accountancy recruitment. Christine is currently honing up her modern jive dancing skills in readiness for the UK Championships! She lives on the Oxfordshire / Gloucestershire border, where she is actively involved with various local projects.
		Louise Tyzack has joined us as a Researcher/ Administrator. Louise has worked for some of the larger Agencies in the past, including a spell in New York on the twenty-fifth floor! Louise has five years' experience within a Recruitment environment and lives in Banbury with her young family.
