As well as fully interviewing you so that we may understand your career history to date, we will discuss your ideal role in detail in order that we may match accurately to it. At that point, we will give you a realistic assessment of how we can help you achieve your objectives.
Once we have agreed that we can assist you, our campaign to move your career forward will comprise a combination of activities:
- Submitting your CV to positions registered with us
- Marketing your details to interested clients who have recruited similar candidates in the past
- Constructive advice on CV presentation, interview presentation and market advice
One small request... In order for us to optimise the presentation of your CV, we put our Header and Footer on it. Please could your CV be presented to us in a non-tabulated Word Document? Tables can interfere with margins and headers and footers, and with employers spending very little time looking at CVs, first impressions really do count.
We are happy to give you an appraisal of your current salary and package, and we aim to achieve as high a salary for you as possible. We will refer to you before putting you forward for a position, and your CV will not be sent anywhere without your permission, unless you have given us prior written permission to do so.
